The apartment is located 30 meters from Mae Phim Beach and has generous spaces, including 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and 2 toilets with shower and its own private elevator.

The Area

Mae Phim Plaza is located right on the beach in Mae Phim, where a private elevator takes you to the 2 truly exclusive apartments on the 3rd and 4rd floor of the building.
As a resident of Mae Phim Plaza, in addition to 30 meters to the sea, you also have access to the large pool area at Grand Blue Resort, which is also about 30 meters from the entrance.

Directly outside Mae Phim Plaza is Grand Blue Resort, 4 - 5 restaurants, several cafes, small shops, massage parlors, hairdresser, ATM, 7Eleven, Viva Coffee Shop and a bakery. A little inside Mae Phim Plaza you will find Avatara Condominium and the beautiful areas of Blue Mango and Seabreeze.

Thailandhuset offers every conceivable service such as transfers, laundry service, cleaning service, high chairs, extra beds, speedboats, motorbikes and car rentals, etc., everything is booked directly on the website.

Other information for future tenants at Thailandhuset
Laundry of sheets, water consumption and final cleaning are included in the rent. Electricity consumption is charged at cost price separately upon check-out by our Service Agent. If you want extra cleaning during your stay, you can easily book it via our customer portal, which you will have access to after booking.
(For shorter bookings than 7 days, a service fee of 750 SEK will be added to the rental price)

The Region

Mae Phim has a 3.2 km long lovely fine-grained sand beach and by boat you can reach your own paradise island in just a quarter of an hour. The diving water in the area is recognized as one of Thailand's absolute best with a rich underwater life in vibrant colors.

A short boat ride away are Koh Samet and Koh Man Nai, where you can experience the fascinating and captivating world of sea turtles. Here, food and drink are never far away in a paradise world that is classified as a national park where both sea, beach and jungle offer relaxation and adventure.

In Mae Phim you will also find a rich selection of restaurants that offer genuine Thai cooking prepared with warmth and care from the best possible ingredients.
