Purchase & Delivery Terms

When renting property from Thailandhuset Svenska AB (organization number: 556840-0351)

Price Information:

All prices are in SEK and include Swedish taxes. The cost for electricity consumption is additional and is paid directly to our house service in Thailand upon checkout. (It is the tenant's responsibility to contact the house service for reading of the electricity meter before checkout and to pay for the consumed electricity in Thailand. Consumed electricity is charged at 6 THB/kwh "Thai Baht". If payment for electricity is not made on site in Thailand, it will be invoiced afterwards with an addition of 500SEK)

Ordering and Payment Information:

Order your accommodation directly on the website. When you have made your booking, you will immediately receive a confirmation in your email with a booking number. Shortly thereafter (within 48 hours), when Thailandhuset Svenska AB has checked the booking, you will receive a new email with payment information. You pay with VISA or Mastercard in Babs Paylink's secure portal. If your travel date is more than 45 days away, you first pay a deposit of 25% of the purchase sum (however, at least 3000SEK) and the remainder no later than 45 days before the arrival date. If the deposit is not paid within 3 days of the payment information being sent, your order will automatically be removed and canceled.

Delivery Information:

Thailandhuset will return with a definite booking within 48 hours from booking. Thailandhuset Svenska AB guarantees that the property with the corresponding specification shown on the website is the one that will be rented out.

Right of Withdrawal:

Up to 45 days before arrival, cancellation can be made, however, the deposit is NOT refunded as it goes to the administrative costs for the accommodation. After the final payment (no later than 45 days before arrival), no refunds are made. To secure your investment in case of illness or similar, Thailandhuset recommends that you take out travel insurance via Gouda or use a payment card with included travel insurance.

Cancellation/Withdrawal or Contact

Firstly, click on the link "manage your booking" attached in all emails from us and write your case. Secondly, write an email to info@thailandhuset.se stating your booking number and name. We will respond to you within 48 hours.
