This inviting and tastefully decorated villa is located in Bali Residence 36, a well-maintained and family-friendly community featuring lush green areas, a large pool, and a highly regarded restaurant serving delicious Thai and Western cuisine. You’ll also find a boules court, a billiard table, and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the tropical surroundings.

The villa is built in a Thai–Balinese inspired style with modern amenities and is surrounded by greenery, just minutes from the beach. It offers the perfect combination of peace, comfort, and a true holiday atmosphere – ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy Thailand in a harmonious setting.

The house features 3 bedrooms and an open-plan kitchen and living area, with a total living space of approximately 90 m². The plot is 285 m², providing ample room for outdoor living. The bedrooms include one with a king-size bed, one with two single beds, and one with a sofa bed. All rooms have air conditioning and high-speed WiFi.

There is a modern indoor bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as an additional outdoor shower and toilet – perfect for tropical living.

The spacious 50 m² covered terrace is a natural gathering spot for dining, relaxation, and socializing. Enjoy peaceful moments in comfortable lounge chairs in the shade, under ceiling fans and soft lighting. The beautiful garden and private backyard also feature an outdoor shower and plenty of space for tranquility and rest.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stovetop, kettle, and all utensils needed to cook at home. Next to the kitchen, you’ll find a practical laundry room with a washing machine and extra storage space.

Large sliding glass doors open onto the terrace, giving the home a bright and airy feel and seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.

Bali Residence consists of 115 houses and offers 24-hour security, high-speed internet (1000/1000 Mbps), a pool, restaurant, cleaning and laundry services, as well as assistance with rentals, transport, and excursions.

The Area

Bali Residence is a very nice and well-maintained area located about 3km from Mae Phim Beach. The area includes 114 privately owned villas built in Balinese style in 2008. The properties have a mix of owners who rent out and permanent residents.
The area is quiet and is perfect for both families and the elderly who want a nice and affordable holiday. The area is child-friendly and has a large lovely pool area with an associated restaurant where you are offered generous portions of both Thai and Western dishes and pizzas at good prices, guards 24/7 and a maintenance company that ensures that public functions and areas are kept in good condition.

If you want to go for a run or walk, the outer lap is 800 meters and is used by many, 12 laps and then you have the mile in your legs.
The area has its own boules court and it is common to book joint golf trips to nearby golf courses.

If you want to be able to move freely outside the area and easily get down to Mae Phim Beach or the popular Au Kai and Coca-Cola beaches, we recommend that you rent a motorbike with or without a side.

The Region

In Mae Phim you meet the genuine Thailand, far away from the tourist route and you are always greeted by smiling people from the local population who contribute to the fantastic experience. Mae Phim has a 3.2 km long lovely fine-grained sand beach and by boat you can reach your own paradise island in just a quarter of an hour. The diving water in the area is recognized as one of Thailand's absolute best with a rich underwater life in vibrant colors.

A short boat ride away are Koh Samet and Koh Man Nai, where you can experience the fascinating and captivating world of sea turtles. Here, food and drink are never far away in a paradise world that is classified as a national park where both sea, beach and jungle offer relaxation and adventure.

In Mae Phim you will also find a rich selection of restaurants that offer genuine Thai cooking prepared with warmth and care from the best possible ingredients.
The seafood of the area is of absolute top class and is a true culinary experience with fresh ingredients straight from the sea that is enjoyed sitting under a reed roof in a calm breeze from the sea.

The local market in the area offers an insight into the Thailand of the locals, far away from the exploited tourist traps that only offer pirated clothes and electronics. In Mae Phim, you will instead experience a genuine market which, unfortunately, has been lost in many other parts of Thailand. Here, happy villagers offer everything that belongs to everyday life such as food, fruit, tools and native clothes. A day at the market is an experience for everyone and the feeling of the real Thailand is with you all the time
