Apartment E274 in the Escape Condominium is on the 7th floor with approx. 30 meters to the beach, Elevator available. The accommodation is suitable for up to 2 + 2 adults. (extra beds can be rented via the website)

The apartment is equipped with AC, 1 comfortable Queen Size bed and a sofa bed, 48 inch TV with satellite channels and free Wi-Fi as well as access to Netflix.

The living room also has a sofa bed, coffee table and wardrobe.

The kitchen is well equipped with a dining area for 4 people and complete kitchen equipment, kettle, stove, fridge and freezer.

The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, toilet and sink. The terrace has a table and two armchairs.

The Area

Escape Condominium is located directly on the beach with fantastic sea views tucked away in its own cove on the eastern end of Mae Phim Beach in Rayong Province.

In the area there are 2 swimming pools, Jacuzzi, Fitness Center and own restaurant.
With a 1-2 minute walk you are in the center of Mae Phim where there are about 30 restaurants, bars, massages, hairdressers and shops etc.

Escape Condominium's apartments are luxuriously furnished to suit the discerning.
Can really be recommended for those who want a hotel feel but still have their own apartment.

Washing of sheets, water consumption and final cleaning are included in the rental price. Electricity consumption is charged separately in connection with check-out. If you want extra cleaning or laundry service during your stay, you can easily book it via our customer portal, which you get access to after booking.

The Region

A short boat ride away are Koh Samet and Koh Man Nai, where you can experience the fascinating and captivating world of sea turtles. Here, food and drink are never far away in a paradise world that is classified as a national park where both sea, beach and jungle offer relaxation and adventure.

In Mae Phim you will also find a rich selection of restaurants that offer genuine Thai cooking prepared with warmth and care from the best possible ingredients.
The seafood of the area is of absolute top class and is a true culinary experience with fresh ingredients straight from the sea that is enjoyed sitting under a reed roof in a calm breeze from the sea.
