The Property

Enjoy a delightful stay for the whole family!
This nice villa is located in the child-friendly Seabreeze area in Mae Phim, just about 40 meters from the lovely pool. It features a light and open floor plan with a spacious living room, an open kitchen, and direct access to a large terrace. The villa has three bedrooms, accommodating up to 8 people (three double beds and one bunk bed). There are two bathrooms, both with showers. The 50 sqm terrace is furnished for you to enjoy beautiful evenings and breakfasts in comfort.

The Area

The Seabreeze Area is a splendid area just about 200 meters from the beautiful beach of Mae Phim in Rayong Province, featuring 60 houses. Built in 2007, Seabreeze maintains a high standard with its own restaurant and a large pool area. Each house boasts a private garden, adorned with stunning exotic flowers and thriving palms, typical of Thailand's lush landscape.

Right outside the gates of Seabreeze, on the way to the sea, you'll find an additional 4 - 5 restaurants, massage services, an ATM, a grocery store, and a bakery. Enjoy a stroll along the beach, a ride on a moped, or perhaps a Songtaew to the heart of Mae Phim, about 1km from the area, where you'll discover around 30 more restaurants, ATMs, hairdressers, massage parlors, shops, and more.

Adjoining Seabreeze, to the right, is the equally beautiful Blue Mango area, and to the left are the Seaview apartments. When staying in this luxurious house in Thailand, you won't have to sweat the small stuff. It's like staying in a hotel but better. Thailandhuset offers all conceivable services such as taxi, laundry service, cleaning service, child seats, extra beds, speedboats, moped and car rentals, etc., all bookable directly on the website.

The Region

In Mae Phim you meet the genuine Thailand, far away from the tourist route and you are always greeted by smiling people from the local population who contribute to the fantastic experience. The calm atmosphere far from the stress of the tourist areas makes Mae Phim a perfect destination also for families with children who want a quiet and safe stay in one of Thailand's absolute finest areas.

Mae Phim has a 3.2 km long lovely fine-grained sand beach and by boat you can reach your own paradise island in just a quarter of an hour. The diving water in the area is recognized as one of Thailand's absolute best with a rich underwater life in vibrant colors.

A short boat ride away are Koh Samet and Koh Man Nai, where you can experience the fascinating and captivating world of sea turtles. Here, food and drink are never far away in a paradise world that is classified as a national park where both sea, beach and jungle offer relaxation and adventure.

In Mae Phim you will also find a rich selection of restaurants that offer genuine Thai cooking prepared with warmth and care from the best possible ingredients.
The seafood of the area is of absolute top class and is a true culinary experience with fresh ingredients straight from the sea that is enjoyed sitting under a reed roof in a calm breeze from the sea.

The local market in the area offers an insight into the Thailand of the locals, far away from the exploited tourist traps that only offer pirated clothes and electronics. In Mae Phim, you will instead experience a genuine market which, unfortunately, has been lost in many other parts of Thailand.
