This cozy is located in the newly built Seaside Mae Phim development. It features a bright and open-plan layout with a spacious living room, an open kitchen, and direct access to the large terrace and private swimming pool.
The villa offers two bedrooms with a total of four beds. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. Extra beds are available for rent at a low additional cost. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

The approximately 20-square-meter terrace is furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture, making it the perfect place to enjoy relaxing evenings and delightful breakfasts in the tropical climate.

The Area

Seaside Mae Phim is an exclusive and welcoming villa community located approximately a 5-minute walk from the beautiful sandy beach of Mae Phim in Rayong Province.
