Directly on the ground floor, you will find Café & Delicatessen shop with Scandinavian food, Restaurant, Laundromat, Law Firm and several independent service companies that can help you with stay away service, cleaning, paying bills, booking excursions, renting motorbikes and cars as well as transfer service. Just around the corner there is also a Seven Eleven where there is also an ATM to withdraw money from.

Within a few 100 meters from Grand Beach 1 there are another 4-5 restaurants, a number of massage parlors, a tattoo studio, a pharmacy and various smaller stores in interior design and clothing, etc.
